Letishia Payne, LSW

Letishia Payne is a graduate of the University of Denver, with a Master’s degree in Social  Work and specialized certificate in Interpersonal Trauma Studies. Letishia utilizes her clinical knowledge and holistic approach to provide evidenced-based individual, group, and family therapy, as well as diagnostic assessments for additional clinical services. Mrs. Payne is trained in and utilizes a variety of interventions to include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Behavior Management, Parent Management Training, and Strengths-based approaches to treat an array of mental health conditions.

During her tenure at Arapahoe County Department of Human Services, Letishia successfully transitioned from roles in casework to becoming a Family Engagement Facilitator, where she continued to learn about the importance of community empowerment and social services development initiatives through a DEI perspective. Her experience in case work and facilitation has shown her the importance of good leadership, clear communication, and creating a safe space to better understand her clients to initiate change.
