Hannah Hemming, LCSW

Hannah Hemming is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. Hannah has
been practicing evidenced-based individual, group, and family therapy, as well as diagnostic
assessment since 2016. Ms. Hemming is trained in and utilizes a variety of interventions to
include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Behavior Management, Parent
Management Training and Strengths-based approaches to treat an array of mental health
conditions. Ms. Hemming has received training to work with kids and adolescents who are
experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, emotion
dysregulation, grief and loss and trauma.

Ms. Hemming has practiced in a variety of settings including, hospitals, outpatient clinics,
schools, and primary care offices. Previously, Hannah was a behavioral health clinician at
Children’s Hospital Colorado in the consultative division of the Pediatric Mental Health Institute
and an integrated behavioral health clinician at Centura Health. Ms. Hemming uses a
compassionate and collaborative approach, incorporating her clients interests and social supports
