Samantha Woods, LSW is a compassionate and integrative therapist who provides evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in helping clients manage general life stressors, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges through a supportive, collaborative approach.
Samantha uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and solution focused therapy as the foundation of her practice and is currently pursuing advanced training in treating OCD and tic disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She is passionate about empowering clients to better understand their thoughts and behaviors, build adaptive coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and over seven years of experience in the mental health and social services fields, Samantha brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to each session. Her approach is compassionate and practical—focused on helping clients and families develop the tools they need to thrive at any stage of life.
