Jessica Harris, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional School Counselor K-12. She has worked in community mental health and school settings since 2016. Jessica supports children, adolescents and adults who present with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and ADHD. She also enjoys working with parents in need of strategies to better understand and respond to their children’s behaviors. 

Jessica offers an unconditional positive regard and a non-judgmental space for all. She believes that treatment is most successful when tailored to the individual, that our behaviors make sense once we view them in context, and that we all have the capacity to shift undesired behaviors with the right support. Training in TF-CBT, DBT, ERP, SPT, TBRI, and Brainspotting has allowed her to pull from a variety of modalities in her practice. Working with Jessica will look like building a connection based on trust so that sessions feel supportive, collaborative, and productive.
